Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the solar panel eligibility pre-qualification tool (the "Service") operated by Claim Your FREE PANEL. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Our Service is a free online pre-qualification tool that helps homeowners in Southern California Edison (SCE) service areas determine their potential eligibility for residential solar panel and electric vehicle (EV) charger installation programs. The Service collects information about your home address, household size, income, and government program enrollment to assess potential eligibility.

The Service is a pre-qualification tool only. It does not guarantee approval, enrollment, or receipt of any rebates, incentives, or installations.

2. Eligibility Disclaimer

Important: Pre-qualification through our Service does not constitute a guarantee of eligibility or approval for any SCE program, rebate, or incentive.

 

  • Final eligibility determination is made solely by Southern California Edison (SCE) and/or applicable program administrators.

  • Program availability, requirements, and funding are subject to change without notice.

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of SCE. We are an independent service that helps connect homeowners with licensed contractors who participate in SCE programs.

  • Meeting pre-qualification criteria does not ensure that funding will be available or that your application will be approved.

3. No Guarantees

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

  • Your eligibility for any program, rebate, or incentive.

  • The availability of program funding or installation slots.

  • The timeline for any installation or rebate processing.

  • The amount of any rebate or financial benefit you may receive.

  • The quality of work performed by third-party contractors.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in the pre-qualification quiz.

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Be the homeowner or authorized representative for the property address provided.

  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in incorrect eligibility assessments and could affect your ability to participate in actual programs.

5. Third-Party Contractors

If you are pre-qualified, we may connect you with licensed electrical contractors in our network. Please note:

  • We do not employ these contractors directly. They are independent businesses.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by third-party contractors.

  • Any agreement you enter into with a contractor is between you and that contractor.

  • We recommend verifying any contractor's license, insurance, and references before agreeing to work.​

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claim Your FREE PANEL. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

  • Any damages arising from the actions or omissions of third-party contractors.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Claim Your FREE PANEL. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.

Important Disclaimer

Qualification is not guaranteed. This assessment provides a preliminary estimate of your eligibility for the SCE Charge Ready Home
rebate program. Final qualification depends on verification of income, location, government assistance program enrollment, and compliance
with all program requirements.

Rebates are subject to availability and Southern California Edison program terms and conditions. The electrical panel upgrade rebate may
be up to $4,200 for income-qualified or geographically-qualified customers. All work must be performed by a licensed electrician and meet
local building codes.
